SCT Challenge 30 - make a project that makes you happy

I'm happy my sister is retiring so I made her a card.

Patterned Paper: Prima - Engraver
Scalloped tag: The Paper Studio
Sparkle and metal swirls: Close to My Heart
Stamps: Inkadinkadoo

Note: The wings were stamped, fussycut and popped on top of the hot air balloon.
